Small prints of tiny floral buds in a mixture of different shades of green and varying blue is a pretty design for a fabric. Set in a cerulean colored background this ditzy/ditsy print combined with two distressed fabrics is made into a notebook sleeve and matching pen wraps for a harmonized matchy-matchy journaling and writing feeling.
The notebook sleeve with reversible feature is our latest eco-innovation. One side featuring a distressed teal in the “spine”, and on the other side the ditsy print is paired with a distressed aqua fabric. Both sides giving a completely new notebook cover when reversed. Cool? But here’s more, the pen loop enclosure mechanism in the middle do not only make it possible for the reversible feature to happen, we made them functional to be used as pen-slot/organizer for convenience of easy access to both notebook and pen in a single product. We also made use of the two different distressed fabric for its pen loop. As the fabric design is multi directional, the user can use any of its four (4) sides as the front cover of a favorite notebook. The sleeves can also be utilized as open pockets for loose papers or put enamel pins for effects and personalization.
Pen wraps that comes with this set are a peek-a-boo and a pen kimono. The open, flapless peek-a-boo pen wrap in regular size has 6-individual pen-slots that are sewn just below the opening; meant to keep pens from scratching each other. While the pen kimono is a lovely single pen slot with flap. Both of the pen wraps are well padded and secured through tying of its clothe tie.
An extra benefit of having a beautifully distressed fabric print with ink like blot imperfections is that any accidental ink spills will blend into the style and overall appearance. The cotton absorbs ink quickly and the stain will look natural with the design. Or, the user can wash it off since its made of woven fabrics that are similar to our clothes.
